Booking Process
- Decide on the date and time you would like to book and check the calendar to see if the time you want is available.
- You can confirm the time you want is free by texting 07554997144. If you text we will check the full diary for you and message you back but you may have to wait until the diary can be checked before you get a response. You no longer have to speak to us before booking but we can not guarantee that the Calendar on the website is fully up to date.
- Complete and return a Booking Form. Remember the time you book must include setting up and cleaning after your event.
- Return the form to the email address written at the top of the form.
- Make your payment for the booking by following the details given in the middle section of the Booking Form.
- Wait for your confirmation email to arrive. The hall is not booked until you receive the confirmation email.
- You can check that your booking has been confirmed by checking the hall calendar again. You should find that your booking is confirmed by an entry starting with your initials. So, if your initials are A.B. then you should find an entry in the Hall Calendar titled ‘AB Private Booking’.
- We do not give out keys to the hall. If you have booked then just turn up at the time your booking is due to start and someone will be there to let you in.
