Pricing
Our pricing structure is simple and straightforward. All hires are priced at £16 per hour except for Friday and Saturday evenings which is our peak period and bookings cost £165 for the evening.
We collect a returnable damage and cleaning deposit for all bookings. This is £100 for all daytime bookings and £250 for all evening bookings. Deposits are returned as soon as possible after your booking if the hall is left as it is found.
Regular hirers do benefit from a discount on these prices.
Charges are £16 per hour (for a minimum of 2 hours).
Saturdays we have 3 sessions available for hire. You may hire one, two or all three sessions if they are available and you want longer times.
11:30 am to 2:45 pm is £52
2:45 pm to 6:00 pm is £52
6:00 pm to 11:30 pm is £165
The following cancellation charges apply to all bookings:
- Cancellation over a month before event date – 100% refund (less £10 booking fee)
- Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks of event – 75% refund (less £10 booking fee)
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event – no refund
